A neuroscience-backed mindset training program geared towards emerging-in-career professionals that are ready to unlock what's already inside them.
You'll complete a development program over the course of six weeks that includes access to an online learning platform, guided homework, webinars and a two-part, live workshop with expert coaches.

Our Programs were designed with the idea that an organization would engage us to train a cohort. We believe that team and community and connection make a difference. However, at the request of our network, we are adding the option to come together and make new connections…
Organization selects a cohort of individuals to complete the program as a group. We recommend 12-15 people as that keeps the number small enough for individual attention from our coaches, but large enough to enhance the community aspect and live workshop games. For the live workshop portion, we come to your location and conduct it at your facility.
You sign up a handful of people or as an individual. We will offer times anchored on the in-person workshop dates and create a cohort of people from different organizations. Our default location is Atlanta. However, with enough interest, we will anchor on another city.
